May is known for many exciting events like Mother's Day, proms, graduations, and Memorial Day. One thing not prioritized in the month of flowers and sunshine: eggs. That's why the American Egg Board has named May National Egg Month, to remind Americans about the many benefits of eggs, which can be enjoyed throughout the year.
